Properties of PET-packing
The advantages of PET are numerous. The normal half-liter PET bottle weighs about 28 grams, while the standard bottle of the same size, made of glass, can weigh about 350 g . PET is absolutely transparent, bottle made of this material is clean, attractive, natural transparency material makes it ideal for bottling mineral water. In addition, PET can be painted, such as green or brown, so that the appearance of product maximally conforms to consumer demands. The use of plastic bottles helps to eliminate this obnoxious effect, as the breakage of packaging in transport, typical for glass bottles; with PET, as well as glass, perfectly (and totally) is processed. In general, the current PET packaging, with its unlimited potential for innovation and great potential of design is considered, rather than as a competitor to glass bottles, but as a material, which able to open absolutely new markets and create absolutely new consumer priorities.
