Technological equipment of our enterprise gives the possibilities to incarnate the most complicated projects as for production of plastic packaging. The company is equipped with the newest technological equipment and has got full production cycle starting from design, projection and manufacturing of moulds to the high pressure injection, blowing, extrusion and decoration of ready plastic packaging.

For the production of PET packaging one stage technology is used (new ingection blowing machines Nissei ASB, Japan). The advantage of using of this technology is that production process starts from the loading of granulated PET and finishes with the output of ready packaging and it makes this technology very mobile comparing with two stage technology that is concerned with standard performs. But Japanese technology allows to avoid the contact of perform with the environmental conditions and it provides better quality packaging stability. As we miss it, the influence of the temperature will cause the increase of rejects and worsening of the quality of PET packaging.

For high pressure injection we use large park of the machines (more than 20) of Ukrainian and foreign production and which is constantly renovating.

Jig-boring and milling machines, electro-erosion machines, grinding machines, planogrinding machines, round grinding machines, intragrinding machines, lathes, drilling machines, etc.
